During the past couple of weeks, Aycliffe Radio has received offers of help from several sources.

Pete “The Rocker” will start his Rock Show soon and will continue each Thursday evening from 8pm to 10pm.

The first of Aycliffe Radio “Guest Presenter’s” will be Pauly Mac from Sydney, Australia. Pauly will perform his first session for us on Friday 29th December from 8pm to 10pm.

The long awaited arrival of “The Doctor” Dance Anthem show will start tomorrow night, Saturday 23rd December from 6pm-8pm. Be sure to tune in for six hours of dance and mix music.

Darren & Lee, our local sports reporters this week chatted to Terry Farley – if you missed the live show on Tuesday night, you can catch the repeat on Sunday from 12pm to 2pm.

PUBS & CLUBS

We would like to extend an invitation to all the pubs and clubs in Newton Aycliffe to get in touch and to regularly keep us informed about what is going on at your venue. We want to know so we can inform our listeners and hopefully get you more visitors through your door.

TOWN CLUBS AND ORGANISATIONS

Why not put together a 5 minute Info-Slot? We will help you and record one of your members for us to use to promote your club. This is your opportunity for free publicity, recruit new members and generally inform local residents of your existence.

VOLUNTEERS WANTED

Fancy yourself as a DJ or Presenter? Want to do a bit of radio journalism? Get in touch with Aycliffe Radio – we can always use the help of a willing, enthusiastic volunteer.

There are lots of music genres not covered by our current presenters and they are such a nice bunch of guys that they will even show you how to produce your own show, pre-recorded or live.

From all at Aycliffe Radio we wish you a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year – Keep on Listening . . .
