Dear Sir,
Is there a more written about topic than Aldi’s parking rules. If you comply, no problem, if not expect a ticket, whether for overstaying, incorrect registration entries, or not entering details.
The system is also flexible, for example taxis drive in, pick up and leave without being penalised. I’ve done the same without a ticket.
I did get a ticket once but wrote to appeal and the charge was waived.
I remember the fanfares when the shop arrived ‘on the Town’. [and I just love that Newtonian phrase] but the company must despair at times for the negative press it receives.
We have previous few new retail  facilities and if I was looking at Newton Aycliffe as a potential location I’d think twice given the negativity existing stores receive.
