Dear Editor Further to  the letters you have received from other annoyed drivers regarding irresponsible parking, the person who parked irresponsibly outside my property last night must definitely take the biscuit. The car was parked there most of the day and all night and was still there this morning, totally blocking access to my garage (see attached photo). My neighbour also had to be extremely careful when she was putting her car away. As a result of this, I was unable to put my car in the garage and had to leave it out all night. Apart from that, I couldn’t even leave it parked outside of my garage due to the fact that the car involved was parked on an angle with it’s back end jutting out into the road. As that road is very busy due to it being the only way in to the McColls shop at the bottom of the street the cars were having to steer between that car and mine and to miss hitting its rear end were getting very close to my car. Therefore I had to park over the road to avoid the possibility of getting my car damaged. Goodness knows how that person expected the big articulated lorries that frequently go to the shop to get through. I did leave a note on the driver’s windscreen asking them not to park there again so I hope they take notice. Irene Serena Wilkinson
