The Cycle…

Three brave members of the ION team have volunteered themselves and chosen to take part in the coast to coast this September in order to raise money for a local charity, known by many, St Teresa’s Hospice.

The Coast to Coast cycle is a classic sea-to-sea journey spanning the width of the United Kingdom. Over two days, they will cycle over 100 miles through the challenging yet scenic countryside of Northern England.

Alex, Nathan and Connor (pictured above) will be setting off on 25th September from Whitehaven, travelling approx. 130 miles. They aim to be landing in Sunderland just 1 day after departure.

The three have been training hard over the last few months to ensure they have the strength to complete the challenge with ease.
