Hi folks, I am an invisible germ,

I am spreading all over your land.

And every minute of every day you help me,

by spreading me with your hands.

Every time you cough or sneeze,

I’m floating through the air.

I know you are trying to get rid of me,

But do you think, I really care.

I’ve got friends all over the world,

Ready to take my place.

And you just can’t be bothered,

to put a mask upon your face.

If you can’t be bothered to follow the rules,

simple as they may be.

You will never ever get rid of me,

Your rules are 1 2 3.

Wash your hands, wear your mask, social distance,

Then follow the two metre rule.

And, so what, you are all missing loved ones,

But remember, I’m no fool.

I don’t have a heart, or feel emotions, so,

Do I care if you end up dead.

At the end of the day, it’s all up to you,

Just remember, I’m invisible so take note of what I’ve said.
