Dear Sir,
MP Phil Wilson is one of two spokespersons for Labour on the subject of Europe and is representing the views of a political Party in a cross party matter.
It is his job to debate the matter and said that it is for the ‘Out Campaign’ to give a vision of the future.  This is what I have done in my letter last week (from my individual viewpoint).
In all debates there is a right to reply and readers have a right to know the truth about Hitachi’s views on the Referendum. I provided an e-mail quote from them which shows they are ambivalent. Phil Wilson persists in insinuating that they support ‘Remaining in’!
Probably Hitachi do not want to be involved in the discussion on either side. However, having read Phil Wilson’s article their PR Department clearly considered that their (ambivalent/neutral) stance was being misrepresented by Phill Wilson.
Alastair Welsh.

The referendum will be prominent in the minds of all in the near future so we invite readers to submit their views on this topic.
