The event was a fantastic success enjoyed by all who participated. Well done to everyone for giving multi-sport a tri! We hope to run another soon.
A special mention this month to Fraser Kirkley who competed in the first Ironman Ireland event. Due to the atrocious weather conditions the swim leg was rightly cancelled for safety reasons but Fraser completed the 112 mile bike and 26.2 run leg in an impressive time of 11:22:46. Amazing effort. Well done Fraser.
At the award winning Triology Super Sprint, a 400m open water swim, a 10 mile bike ride and 2k run, ATC was again well represented.
