An established North East HR consultancy has expanded following a period of growth.
Sasha Warr founded Outsourced HR twelve years ago building upon her successful HR career across a number of large organisations including senior HR roles at Renault and Toshiba. With 26 years of experience, Sasha is enjoying a number of new contracts and business growth won from word-of-mouth recommendations; as a result, Sasha is delighted to have employed an experienced HR consultant, Colette Farrell.
Colette, who may be recognisable to many in Aycliffe Village as the face of The County, holds her Level 5 CIPD qualification and has a considerable HR background.
Together, they are able to expand Outsourced HR’s reach and availability to its growing and varied client base, with the duo now able to offer a more hands-on approach.
Sasha said: “It’s very exciting, as a small business owner, to know we now have the capacity to make real, ongoing improvements to a company with our feet on the ground.”
With current clients across the North East including a mix of accountancy, legal, leisure, GP practices, engineering and manufacturing, they are ideally placed to support North East SMEs within all industries with any HR issues or strategy planning.
Colette said: “It’s wonderful to be part of Outsourced HR and to know we now have the scope to be an on-site presence for companies that require an in-house HR professional, so to speak.”
Outsourced HR has the capacity to deliver a full HR strategy as well as specific administration tasks (using the popular Breathe HR platform), so they can oversee one-off projects such as appeals, investigations or redundancies, as well as the management of inductions and employment references. Recent projects centred around team building and employee engagement have also expanded their offering and expertise.
