Options Social Club (an evening club for local disabled adults) are holding a Halloween Ball at the Pioneering Care Centre on Thursday 31st October, 6pm – 8pm.
The Ball will include fancy dress, disco, murder mystery and light refreshments. Please purchase tickets in advance, £3 each – on sale now at the PCP reception. Everyone is welcome along with friends and family.
Options Social Club is managed by the Pioneering Care Partnership (PCP) and offers a safe and friendly environment for local disabled adults to socialise, make new friends, try new activities and give carers a break from their caring responsibilities.
Weekly activities include pool, table tennis, hydrotherapy pool usage, Wii games, bowling, boxercise, new age kurling, computer and internet access, parties and discos.
The PCP also manages the Options day project, a service for local disabled adults which aims to promote independence, choice, control and social inclusion. Activities include daily living skills, adult educations courses, healthy lifestyle promotion, community visits and confidence and self esteem building sessions.
