On Thursday 17th May Horndale Residents’ Association visited Gladys’ Vintage Tea Rooms in Seaton Carew to enjoy a fabulous afternoon tea. Everyone enjoyed the sandwiches and cakes, served, as always by the great staff who made us all feel very welcome. We travelled on a 1958 United coach provided by Aycliffe Bus Preservation Society. Gladys’ is a little gem and well worth a visit.

Our next meeting is Wednesday 6th June starting at 6pm with refreshments at 5.45pm Greenfield Arts Centre. Plans are going well for our Community Fun Day on 16th August. We would like to invite any local groups/charities to our Fun Day to advertise the work they do.
