Greenfield Arts are delighted to welcome back wellbeing practitioner Leigh Johnson as part of a phased return at Greenfield Arts.

Leigh will be leading two brand new workshops as part of our autumn programme and will be on hand to guide and support you in these mind and body sessions.

The sessions will run on Wednesday 21 October and Wednesday 28 October from 17:45 – 19:15 and form part of a wider programme that brings about positive change and possibilities. The sessions include Yoga for a healthy spine and Yoga to boost your immune system, two relaxing sessions to help you get in touch with your body. Cost is £7 per session.
