I sent an e-mail to Livin regarding the state of grass and hedge cutting on 15th June and the response from Livin was exactly the same as their response in Newton News of this week.
It’s a joke and a smoke screen. as my initial e-mail was over 7 weeks ago and I waited 2 weeks to see if anything constructive was done.
Nothing was done so I sent another mail and I am still waiting on a reply. Surely, if Livin KNOW where the problem is then its something that can be rectified with phone calls or as I said in my last mail, maybe Livin should be re-thinking about changing their contractors.
