PCP want to help busy families make time to learn, grow and develop together through new fun activities aimed at improving health and wellbeing.
Dig Art Colour your Life free garden sessions start this Saturday morning between 10am-12noon. Weekly activities, taking place indoors and out, include making artwork from materials gathered from the garden and using reflective, tactile, musical and recycled objects.
Bump and Beyond Fitness specialising in postnatal exercise, is a unique class designed specifically for new mums and babies to ease back into fitness following pregnancy.  Postnatal exercise comes with many advantages for all the family from increased weight loss and energy to improved self confidence and social life.
This new class starts on Monday 20 April, 1-2pm and the first session is free! The cost, following the first week is just £3.50 per adult. It’s a great opportunity to get together with and meet people in the same situation.
Tots Time is a new parent/carer and toddler group starting on Wednesday 6 May 1-3pm and will run for 10 weeks (term time only). This new class will only cost £1 per family.
The 10 week course will include story sacks, buggy walks, messy art, health checks, relaxation and healthy eating sessions. You will also get quality time with a cuppa and natter while the children play and socialise. All classes take place at the Pioneering Care Centre give you the opportunity to meet new people in a safe relaxing environment.  Dads, grandparents and carers are all welcome.
