Dear Sir,
Not everyone looks forward to Christmas and this Christmas will soon be upon us. While most of us will be making happy memories of time spent with friends and family, for some, this simply isn’t the case as they will be spending it alone.
Lifeline Community Action and members of Life Church are committed to changing that again this year. We believe that no person should be on their own throughout the Christmas period unless they want to be.  So if you are going to be alone this Christmas or you are a single parent who is currently finding this time of the year daunting because of financial problems then we’d love to hear from you.
Lifeline Community Action are offering a free traditional Christmas Lunch on Saturday 19th December 2015 at 1pm at Woodham Golf Course.  We try to make the day a memorable one, filled with lots of friendship, fun and laughter and one of two surprises.
If you would like to receive an invite to this free event please let us know as soon as possible as places will fill up by phoning or texting 07936431262. You can even email lifeline.action@googlemail.com and we will get back in touch with you.
All of our services are completely confidential.
To those of you who are more fortunate? Are you in a position to support our Christmas Lunch event and really make a difference to someone’s Christmas this year?
Join Lifeline Community Action and try to make Christmas a better time for all. We still urgently need donations to make it all happen, we also need transport so we can get people (particularly the elderly) to and from the venue, and if we have any musicians that would be happy to come along to play a few Christmas Carols for us then this would be very much appreciated.
If anyone would like to help on the day then we would love to hear from you too. If you would like to help us out with any of the above please call us now on 07936 431262 we would love to hear from you.
