The sessions are held at Woodham Community Centre, at St Elizabeth’s Close and are going really well.

“These free sessions aim to be friendly, sociable and are suitable for anyone at any level of fitness and age,” said Jules. All people need to do is to come along with a bottle of water and a great attitude.”

Jules is concerned about the number of people who are totally sedentary and who are overweight – it’s her mission to help them!

“I want to give something back to the community,” said Jules. “We may not be able to turn people into Olympians, but we can certainly help get them into better shape and feel better about themselves.”

Jules also runs the Arriba Community Wellness & Weight loss challenge at Agnew Community Centre on a Thursday evening from 6.30pm and will be available at Fitclub session to talk about nutrition, healthy eating and having a more active lifestyle.
