A new free cycle session has been added to the already popular weekly sessions ran by Durham County Council from the Pioneering Care Centre. The class is every Saturday starting from the 4th October 10-12noon. It will replace the 6-8pm session on Wednesday evening due to the start of the dark nights.
The class is at an intermediate and advanced level and led by trained cycle marshals and first aiders.  This activity is great to help build up cycle and road confidence and all equipment is provided.   Please arrive 15 mins before the start.
The other weekly sessions are on Mondays:
10-11am – Back on your Bike Level 1, cost- £1.00
10-12noon for beginners, cost- free
11-12noon – Back on your Bike Level 2, cost- £1.00
1-3pm advanced, cost- free
