Newton Aycliffe FC will be hoping to return to action this week after an extended break. A great run saw Aycliffe climb the Ebac Northern League table but November saw just two competitive games.

The wet weather has caused havoc with fixtures across the region & all clubs now face a catch up. Aycliffe are due to play seven games in December starting with trips to Ryhope on 3rd December & North Shields on the 7th. The Newtonians then return to the Beaumont Landscapes Stadium for four consecutive home games. On Tuesday 10th December Guisborough Town (kick off 7:45pm) will be the visitors followed by Thornaby on Saturday 14th.

Aycliffe entertain Stockton Town in the Durham Challenge Cup on Tuesday 17th before the visit of Ashington on Saturday 21st.

A hectic period for Aycliffe who will be hoping to pick up where they left off before the wet weather set in.
