Well, it’s finally time to get excited, the first ever food and craft festival for Newton Aycliffe, hosted by Junction 7, will be launched in Aycliffe Town Centre next weekend, Saturday 4th and Sunday 5th June from 10.00am to 5.00pm.
Although not as big as other food festivals there will be plenty to see and do. Listed below are the food and drink vendors who will be hoping you buy their wares:

As well as 26 craft stalls selling handmade goods, which will be located in the old Bon Marche unit.
Our celebrity chef, Sean Wilson, will be giving demonstrations in the rear hall at St. Clare’s Church and tickets will be available on the door. He will have sessions based on vegan and gluten free foods and two other general sessions (see session times under entertainment guide).
The event will be opened by our MP, Paul Howell at 10.00am on Saturday 4th June . . . hope to see you there.
