Dear Sir,
This above photograph shows rubbish that has been dumped behind the Fish Shop in Simpasturegate.
This has been reported to Durham County Council twice, with no response from the authorities. I am also aware of other shop owners who have unsuccessfully tried to find the culprits, to no avail. I fear we will eventually get an infestation of vermin if it is not removed.
