“THOROUGHLY MODERN MILLIE”
The “Feel Good Film Show” at St Clare’s Church on Tuesday 23rd July features the musical romantic comedy “Thoroughly Modern Millie” starring Julie Andrews, Mary Tyler Moore and Carol Channing.
Innocent country girl in the big city looking for a wealthy man to marry; in the roaring twenties; white slavers; three stars at their comedy best; plus the film won an Oscar for “Best Original Musical Score”.
All adds up to a great Feel Good Film for all. Everyone is welcome, Please come and enjoy.
Tea and coffee are served at 1pm, included in the £2.00 admission, the film starts at 1.15pm.
