Dear Sir
I am writing to tell you about a wonderful cake that was made for us by Saffron and Leanne from “Love thy Cupcake”, Beveridge Way, Newton Aycliffe town centre.
Our Daughter, Jessica, is off to Fresno State University in California next week to start a four year scholarship in golf. The golf mascot is a bulldog and I wanted a cake to reflect that.
After searching far and wide I came across “Love thy Cupcake” and commissioned them to make me a cake that would look like the mascot. It was a real challenge for them as I wanted the cake to stand and be life-size.
They delivered a perfect cake and I would like to show my appreciation by sending Newton News a photo of the finished article.
The print on Jessica’s T-shirt is the mascot and I think you will agree that the cake matches the mascot. It stood up exactly and seemed to defy gravity.
