LIFE Church gave one incredible young lady a big surprise party last Thursday.
Hannah Frost a former youth worker – and a delightful young Christian woman with a deep faith, bags of talent and a heart for people on the margins had been on a term time placement from Cranmer Hall.
Hannah is training to be an Anglican Vicar and whilst on placement has been involved in both LIFE Church and Lifeline Community Action.  She loved working with the Helping Hands team and seeing first-hand how people’s lives were being touched by the generosity of many people.
As her placement came to an end, we just had to do something extra special for her, so with the lights out, and silence in the room, Hannah walked in everybody shouted ‘surprise’ and lavished her with gifts and messages of thanks.
We then went on to share a tasty buffet together whilst we chatted about how Hannah had been a blessing to us all.
Before she preached we wrapped 20’ of bunting around her waist.  Each piece of bunting had a personal message from the men, women and children who appreciated what Hannah had done for them.
LIFE Church will miss Hannah.
