On the 17th April 2016 Daleks invaded Redworth Hall Hotel for a Doctor Who themed wedding. Daniel Hutchinson formerly from Newton Aycliffe, now lives and works in Saudi Arabia as an Engineer and he returned to marry Alex Leach, a musician and teacher from Darlington on Sunday 17th April 2016.
Daniel’s Best Man was his brother Matt Hutchinson with his new brother in law, Max Leach being the ring bearer. Alex’s Mother, Fiona, gave her daughter away, her Maid of Honour was her sister Toni Appleton and her best friend Abby Crawford was Chief Bridesmaid.
The Couple had an all-themed Doctor Who wedding with small Tardis for table centre pieces, Tardis blue running throughout the wedding and even a real Dalek for the wedding photos. Alex will in a couple of months, be joining Daniel to live in Saudi.
