I truly thought this widely advertised eConsult would ease all our worries about getting to speak to, or see a doctor. My recent consult is kindly getting a doctor to either text me, email me or phone me, in eight days time, if that happens, as it hasn’t previously.
The eConsult is not fit for purpose as it lists illnesses and ailments that are not appropriate to my conditions so will not allow me to complete. I had to actually fake my illnesses in order to complete my recent application and then explained at the end what my actual condition is!
The recent notice in the Newton News states that a new model is going live from 24th January. Let’s hope they have tweeked out the problems, as they’ve had long enough to do it.
