DISC Furniture Scheme is to open weekends on Saturdays 9am – 5pm from this week and also Sunday 11am – 3pm next week. Honest John will also open, making his fundraising stall available to donors and buyers.
This will be good news to those who have difficulty getting to this venue during the week.
Honest John has donated £1100 to Jade & Oscars Angels; £500 to Newton Aycliffe Rugby Club, £450 to The Acorn Players, £400 to Newton Aycliffe Under 18’s FC, and £300 to New Pathways Dementia Group.
Honest John thanks all who donate goods for him to raise this cash and is currently raising money for DISC who help those in need with furniture.
