Aycliffe Dance Academy students have been busy having lots of fun in their dance classes whilst raising money for a fantastic cause. Children (and adults) were encouraged to come to dancing in their pyjamas the whole week leading up to Children In Need for a small donation to the charity. The Academy sold Pudsey and Blush goodies and held competitions to raise money too!
Everyone really got into the spirit; even some of the Dads and Granddads joined in with the fun! The children thought it was great dancing in their PJ’s and especially enjoyed performing their routines to their favourite teddy bears!
Dance Principal, Emma Cox, would like to express her thanks to all those who helped to make the charity week such a huge success. The sum of £368.80 was raised and will help to make a real difference to the lives of children all across the UK!
