A Newton Press employee took the company delivery van home last Monday night 11th March and when he went to go to work the next morning found all four tyres slashed.
He lives in Guthrum Place and was amazed that someone could cause such criminal damage to a vehicle.
The Police have been informed and are looking for witnesses. Newton Press are offering a reward to anyone who gives information leading to the arrest and prosecution of the offender.
“The Neighbourhood Police Team are carrying out enquiries into this offence and any information by any members of the public that is received will be treated with the strictest of confidence, ring 101. Offences of this nature are mindless and disrespectful causing great inconvenience to the victim/s, and those responsible will be dealt with appropriately”. said Sgt Mark Edwards.
