The “All Sorts” Charity Shop situated along the path from St. Clare’s Church to the halls on the right of the church is run by Godfrey Bennett, long time resident of the town. He opens every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday from 10am to 1pm.
The shop has hundreds of interesting items including household goods, toys, bric-a-brac, jewellery etc. Many donations have been made to various charities and the most recent was to St. Clares Roof Appeal.
The photo shows Godfrey presenting the donation to new Rector Rev Chris Pearson who visited the shop last week. Godfrey extends a warm welcome to all readers.
