Local charity Lifeline Community Action have created a position for a Project Co-ordinator.
This is an exciting and challenging opportunity to help manage and develop the work of LCA. The registered charity is a rapidly growing crisis intervention project operating across Co. Durham.
Less than two years from start-up it now delivers aid to almost 200 people each month. It involves over 20 volunteers, 2 distribution points (with more planned).
LCA enjoys widespread community support, recog-nition from the local authority, statutory agencies and front line support agencies.
Rapid growth continues and we need a part time project co-ordinator. Helping Hands project is part of LCA and has a Christian ethos, and we welcome applications from people who endorse Christian values and principles: we do not discriminate on religious grounds.
