On Saturday 1st July Great Aycliffe Cancer Support Group held a Table Top Sale in aid of the charity at Newton Aycliffe Youth Centre. It included various professional stalls and a fantastic performance from Woodham Dance Academy. Thank you to everyone who came along to support us – we raised £344.67 and thank you to everyone that donated prizes. Next fundraising event is on Saturday 8th July at Newton Aycliffe WMC where we welcome Mark “Elvis” Nixon who is coming to sing your favourite Elvis Classics. Mark has travelled the world performing Tribute Shows. We will also have a Disco and Tickets are just £4 available behind the bar at the Club or call Sharon on 07944 187 877.
If you would like to donate a raffle prize please call – we help and support anyone affected by cancer whether you are the patient, carer or relative. As well as meeting monthly we take members on social outings, provide Respite Care in our Static Caravan, provide Patient Transport. We make sure everyone is getting the right help through Cancer Support Group Sale this awful disease and refer people to relevant Health Professionals.
