Citizens Advice County Durham is a charity created to serve the local community, providing advice and information on a wide range of subjects. It deals with 20,000 clients a year over ten offices in the county and has an annual turnover of just under £2m.
We need to recruit two skilled trustees to join our board.
We are looking for people with strategic vision, independent judgement and a willingness to give time and commitment to being a trustee. We are looking people with a passion for their community and experience at a managerial or leadership level. The post of trustee is unpaid but will provide you a great deal of experience and satisfaction. All reasonable expenses are reimbursed.
We are particularly keen to achieve a more diverse board of trustees and welcome applications from all sections of the community.
For more information or an informal discussion on the role of trustee, please contact Neil Bradbury. Email: neil.bradbury@cdcab.org.uk Telephone: 0191 384 1796. Closing date: 31st October
