Voluntary Worker, Dorothy Bowman, is promoting Burnhill Community Centre and Methodist Church Hall as a Community Centre and a venue to hold meetings, events, and Birthday Parties for families.
JUNIOR DISCO FRIDAY 5th JANUARY
5pm – 8pm – Admission £1. Hot Dogs sweets and Pop on sale. This will be a weekly event.
80 people (parents and children) attended our New Year Eve Disco.
Friends of Senior Citizens
Meet Monday 8th January 2018 at 11.30am, Friday 12th January and each week thereafter. Drop in for a chat, have a cup of tea/coffee and a bacon sandwich followed by Armchair Aerobics or light exercise and listen to olden day’s music.
Monday Night 8th January, from 6pm until 8pm every week a Drop in for 12 years to 16 years – Play Pool/Snooker, Table Tennis or just sit and chat.
TABLE TOP SALE SUNDAY 14th JANUARY
Sellers entry 9am – £5 per table. Public admission 10am – £1. Tea, Coffee Bacon Sandwiches etc. on sale. This could become a monthly event. Ring: 01325 308094 or 07967 901477 to book.
