Dear Sir
I live in Ryder Court, which is just over a mile from the centre of Town. My Broadband Speed in Ryder Court is on average 1.25 MBs, such that we cannot stream films, Football or any of the other facilities requiring higher download speeds.
I understand that Open Reach have brought Fibre Cable to within 350 yards of Ryder Court so why can they not extend this facility to Ryder Court and Acle Burn.
I have just purchased a Smart TV and at the moment I can only watch the Freeview and Sky Channels. We are not living in the wilds of the country so why, why can’t BT not get a move on?
