Great Aycliffe Indoor Bowls Club has received further sponsorship from Gordon Fletcher & Sons Independent Funeral Directors of Cobblers Hall, Village Centre.
Peter Fletcher said “Its important to sponsor our local sports clubs, there is so much talent in the area that needs to be supported”
The club is always on the lookout for new players, experienced or beginners are all welcome as coaching is available with Derek Dodd. During the summer Oak Leaf Complex has run two drop in sessions with Derek Dodd, which has created a new Beginners League on a Thursday evening at 8:30pm from September
The autumn and spring season runs from September to April and the summer season from May to August each year.
