Make the most of the day by joining a new morning fitness workout starting on 16th May at Woodham Community Centre.
Donna Pearson Kelly is a qualified fitness instructor and is running a varied and unique exercise class ‘DPK Bootcamp’. The sessions, which caters for all fitness levels, will run on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday morning, 6.30am – 7.15am.
There will be 18 sessions over 6 weeks, ending just in time for the holiday season and only costs £69.
The workouts will include Boxercise, Circuit training, HITT, Interval training, Tababta sessions and outdoor workouts.
