Dear Sir,
I am 84 years of age and registered “Partly Sighted”.  Last Thursday I visited Tesco and approached a lady coming out of the store and asked if I could give her my pound coin in exchange for her shopping trolley. She declined saying that her trolley contained a token and not a pound coin.
She then took the trolley to the trolley park and removed her token. After a few seconds she paused and replaced the token and turned and handed the trolley to me. I offered her my pound,  which she refused saying when you use the token again just think of me.
I asked her name so that I could remember and she said Lynne. She gave me a big hug and left. When I finally removed the token at the end of my shopping trip, it had a big red heart engraved on it
