Dear Sir,
I am writing to you on behalf of Bethanys Wish, a charitable trust set up by Angela Polanco in memory of her daughter Bethany who died October 2012 aged 8 after a 4 year battle with Wilms cancer. The charity aims to raise awareness of this disease and help fund clinical research into the biology of Wilms and new treatments for children like Bethany, who relapse following conventional chemotherapy regimes.

To help raise funds for Bethays Wish I am holding a Teddy Bears Picnic, Sunday 5th May 2013 at the Agnew Community Centre Newton Aycliffe 1:30pm-3:30pm, there will be;
A bouncy castle, donated by ST bouncy castle hire
Arts and crafts, provided by myself
Face painting
Singing and stories
Butterfly release, butterflies provided by Butterflies for Occasions
I am asking local companies to donate raffle prizes or anything that may be beneficial for the event. Below is a list of things I still need for the event so if you cannot donate a raffle prize but can help with the following that would also be helpful.
Name stickers (for each child and teddy)
Balloons and Helium
Mini crayon packs (for activity packs)
Tea, coffee, milk and juice
Advertising
