Aycliffe’s fast racing girl Scarlet Dunn took another Podium at Rowrah this weekend.
Fresh off the back of her first win last weekend at Teesside, the 8 year old went straight out in the wet conditions and set the 2nd fastest time in Free Practice. She then went on to Qualify 4th and then took a 7th place in Heat 1, a 5th in Heat 2 and a 4th in the Final.
The accumulated results netted her 3rd place overall in the day.
“Scarlet drove brilliantly in such tricky conditions – it was mixed weather all day and she was consistently fast. This is her highest place finish yet at Rowrah in the Comer!” said Mam Amanda. “The best bit though is she does it all with a smile – she is always happy and loves karting!”.
