On 11th December Aycliffe club Runners turned out for the Stockton Winter 5K Trail race, which took place at Wynyard. Dave Blewitt was first home for the club and 4th overall in a time 23:00. Michelle Zamir was first female home for the club and 50th overall in 23:14. Sam Elwell was next to cross the line, placing 134th in 28:10, followed by Karen Newbould, who has recently found a new lease of life in her running, placing 156th in 29:35 and finally Judith Porter, 166th in 30:07 and 2nd in her category of female over 60.
