Last month Allten Windows entered administration, putting the jobs of all staff at risk.
Newton Aycliffe based building maintenance company EHLUK, stepped in to buy the assets, launching the new company and saving the jobs of all existing staff.
This week marks the launch of Allten Limited, based in Faverdale Darlington, serving domestic and commercial customers throughout the North East.
Group Sales & Operations Director Paul Johns commented “We are delighted to secure the futures of the existing staff in these tough economic times. We plan to implement our proven growth strategies to grow the company and create new jobs as well as create a new sense of stability for the current staff”.
