Nick and Gulen Smith owners of the Aycliffe Mini Brewery launched their beers at the Oak Leaf bar last week and they are shown here with the manager Judith. Nick gave a talk on the origin and production of the Aycliffe beers to a large audience gathered for a free tasting. During the evening an Irish Band entertained adding to a great atmosphere in the bar. The Brewery is doing very well and building up good local custom including The County at Aycliffe Village and Woodham Post Office where 100 bottles a week are sold.
