It has been a slow start to the season for Aycliffes teams with only 2 matches played in the first month on the season, one each for the Mixed and Mens teams. Both resulted in wins with the Mixed team beating Larchfield Street B 7-2 at Darlington College and the Mens team beating St Teresas B 6-2 also at Darlington College. The lack of matches played so far leaves both teams in 4th place in their respective leagues.
