The new Autumn Term Community Learning Programme at Greenfield Arts is now available with lots of opportunities for everyone.
This term we are pleased to announce the launch of our new Core Arts course which is designed to give participants the basic skills needed in 4 different art forms to develop a well-rounded base of understanding and enable further development opportunities. We also see the return of our Beginners Digital Photography course, join artist Elaine Vizor to learn the principles of digital photography and develop skills as an artist. Rosi Thornton returns with her brilliant Re-Jig Sewing sessions, which are a great way to learn new skills whilst building friendships and confidence. Rosi develops lovely groups all over County Durham where conversation is as important as the skills you learn.
We offer many other courses for adults, which run for 10 weeks at a time in various arts and well-being disciplines including Spanish, floral art, fitness, health and music. Try something new and learn skills to tick off your bucket list.
Young people can come and join our after school team and enjoy our weekly Art Club, Rock School or Young Yoga. Great ways for children to try new skills and make friends in a safe environment. We also host the South Durham School of Dance which is a constant fixture at the centre and a great opportunity for young people to develop their passions.
If you would like to join any of the above courses or find out more please check out our website www.greenfield-arts.co.uk or  contact Greenfield Arts on 01325 379048, info@greenfield-arts.co.uk or pop in and speak to one of our members of staff.|
