On Wednesday 10th September at 7pm in Aycliffe Village Hall Gary Bankhead will give a talk entitled ‘800 Years in the River Wear’.  Gary is a diver who has discovered many medieval and other archaeological artefacts over the last few years in the River Wear.  He will speak about these and some of them will be on display.
