The Great Aycliffe Community Aid Partnership is calling all the welfare agencies, both voluntary and statutory to join them to give a cohesive service to people in crisis. The aim of GACAP is to prevent any individual or family being deprived of help of any kind at the time of need. Members of the partnership include the Foodbank, Helping Hands, Furniture Scheme, Disc, CAB, Churches and Community Centres all wanting to help those in need, referring and signposting to other services where necessary.
