What do you know about Cybercrime? Do you know how to protect yourself and your loved ones on the web, Facebook, Twitter etc.? These forms of communication are here to stay and along with great benefits they bring new dangers into your home.
ACORN have invited Durham Constabulary to come along and give a presentation on Cybercrime to inform young people and adults alike. The subject matter promises to be informative and thought provoking.
Events and excursions are frequently being planned and announced at ACORN meetings, so attend meetings to get advance notice of what we are up to.
ACORN have just ended another successful year and have a full schedule of events for 2014, so come along, get involved and help keep our area and Newton Aycliffe a fantastic place to live where we care for our neighbours and our environment.
ACORN meetings are open to all and we welcome Councillors, Police and representatives from Livin to give help, support and advice to all who attend.
