Shildon Model Railway Club are delighted to stage their 32nd Autumn Exhibition at Locomotion Museum in Shildon on Saturday 6th and Sunday 7th October.
The club are proud to announce that they have secured “award” winning exhibits from around the country, with several being exhibited in the area for the first time.
The show opens to the public at 10am each day with 35 impressive working layouts throughout the exhibition site.
Flying Scotsman will make an appearance on several layouts along with an accurate display model of Shildon, along with traders selling everything for the model train enthusiast, along with those just coming for a day out.
The retailers will be in attendance from 10am till 4.30pm on both days. Parking on site and entry is totally FREE of charge making this a great family day out.
Throughout both days “steam train rides” are available for a small fee. Open 10am – last entry 4.30pm – Free entry.
