Between Friday 24th and Sunday 26th October Macmillan Cancer Support held a bucket collection at Tesco in Newton Aycliffe. A magnificent total of £1550.73 was raised and Kevin and Chris the local fundraisers would like to thank the staff and management of Tesco for allowing them to organise this collection and for their help during it.
A big thank you is also due to the wonderful generosity of the customers who gave so generously. Finally a big thanks also to the volunteers who helped over the three days as without their help it would not have been possible to cover the hours required.
