Newton Aycliffe Scout Centre is again hosting the very popular ‘BACK TO THE 80’s PARTY NIGHT’ on Saturday 24th March. The last one was very well attended and it was lovely to see everyone enjoying the night, especially our regular supporters from Beechfield, We love seeing you here enjoying yourselves. The event is for over 18’s and starts at 7:30pm, admission is £3 paid on the door. With 80’s music played all night you can be certain of a great time.
On the 31st of March NORTHERN SOUL is back with the DJ’s playing your favourite vinyl ‘Soul’ Music. The floor is treated with Slipperine to give you the perfect surface to show your moves. Admission for this is also £3 paid on the door. This is the first of the Northern Soul events for this year – more will follow.
For those of you that like a bit of advance warning we have Karaoke in the bar, with Howie on the 21st of April and the 23rd of June.
Our Social Club is open on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and most Monday evenings and from 12:30pm at weekends – new members always welcome. The hall is available for hire at very competitive prices: examples £25 for afternoon hire, £35 for evening at weekends. The bar area can also be hired when not in use and has proved a popular venue.
All profits from our events and bar are used to maintain and run the Scout Centre.
