I would just like to say a very big thank you to whoever arranged for the path to be cleared alongside the A167 from McDonalds just off the A1 to the entrance of the Aycliffe Business Park near the traffic lights. For years now it has been very unpleasant trying to walk along this path with my family, however now it feels like it is a complete new path, that has been doubled in size, just simply because someone has seen the need to maintain the path back to its original size. As you can see from the picture I have taken, the maintenance of this path was well overdue, it felt unsafe to walk along during peak times.
I would also like to express my thanks to whoever arranged for the tree to be cut down at the exit of Aycliffe Village, this too became very overgrown, it now feels so much safer to pull out of the Village onto the A167.
